McTees Return Policy
Every product you buy from McTees, must be free of defects. As carefully as we try to package
our merchandise well, some items may become damaged during shipping. If any item arrives broken
or damaged in any way, please email us immediately. You will receive an email response with further
instructions and we will replace the broken item free of charge.
If the items are not damaged, but you are just not satisfied with what you have purchased,
you must first send an email explaining your reason for wanting to return the item.
Upon receiving the email, we will instruct you to return the item to us. Your account will be credited
as soon as we receive the returned merchandise.
All returns due to dissatisfaction and defect must be made within 14 days of receipt.
Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. All items returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
No items will be accepted for return, for any reason after 30 days. All returns without a RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization)
number are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
